  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Materials: Materials used are covered by manufacturer warranties, where applicable. Damman’s Plumbing is not responsible for defects in materials beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Liability

  • Damman’s Plumbing is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to hidden plumbing issues, structural defects, or acts of nature.
